I don't see casual sex as inherently objectifying, even if it's with a person who's personality you don't like. Objectifying someone sexually is seeing them as nothing more than a means to get sex. Objectification is depersonalizing someone, making them an object to be acted upon not as a subject who is capable of their own decisions. Disliking their personality but still having sex with them doesn't mean you make them into an object, so it isn't sexual objectification.
It's your choice, please don't think I'm blasting you for it. I just don't think it is objectifying inherently, and it's important to make that distinction.
Well i know the way i felt towards her at that very moment and i could tell you that had i had sex with her, i wouldve been objectifying her. I know what the word means otherwise
I wouldnt of used it. Casual sex involves having interest, short term in sexual intercourse with someone.
Have you ever rejected a girl who offers you an one night stand?

Yes just recently. She annoyed me. If I'd had sex with her I wouldve been objectifying her. So I didn't.

Doesn't the fact that she wanted a one night stand with you mean, by your own reasoning, that "you" were objectified?

Your question states that "she" offers the one night stance, not sex under the impression it could go further.
You're awesome.
