Wow the same thing just happened to me today. I woke up went over to a friends place had a coffee and a bowl., Then after we went outside and smoked a blunt that was pretty huge. King kush and wow I tell you I came inside after and everything was spinning and a high pitched noise like ringing in my ears. I went outside and tried to get some fresh air and ended up falling right on top of the balcony table. My friends dragged me inside and laid me down I woke up laying down on the floor and sat down had some water and felt alot better.. Wow didn't have that happen ever and I smoked weed for 15 years.. I think it was laced..
