Wow same exact thing happened to me as the OP. Only difference is I didn't pass out. I was at a high school party (many years ago) and some friends passed me a joint. I'm not a big smoker but was drinking so I'm more impressionable when I do. I had all the symptoms and ran to some friends because i thought at first it was laced. My vision began to go black, I heard ringing in my ears, and my friends splashed my face with ice water from the tub full of beer. All symptoms left as soon as the cold water hit my face. I was relieved. Anyway I don't smoke anymore because I get paranoid, and hate the way I feel when I'm high.
Have you ever passed out/ blacked out from smoking weed?
