Hey man, it's because you smoked a blunt, it's what happens when you smoke tobacco. I've smoked tobacco before without a filter, and I felt sick, and had the worst headache ever. But when it's pure weed, no tobacco leaves, no blunt, it's just a pure high feeling and I don't think it's possible to throw up or black out from that, maybe pass out because you get so tired but not the symptoms you faced.
