If you understood a female's anatomy, you would know that's impossible for a tampon to get lost inside of you. Unless, for whatever reason, your cervix is gaping wide open.
Well you might not be able to get it out because you can't find the removal! I'd call that losing it (and a major panicking what am i gonna do feeling too)
