I tortured a mayfly once. I was bored and I was sweeping up, because I was a janitor at that point. It had just rained heavily, so not that many people were in the park, thus not much to clean up. But, sitting down was not an option. Then I spotted Jimmy. He was scuttling around, completely oblivious to my god-like powers. I swept him up into my pan and then knocked him to the very bottom. Whenever he would find a way to get to the top of my torture chamber and escape, I'd knock the pan as hard as I could against the ground so he'd fall back down. I did this for ten minutes before I got bored and threw him away. I loved the feeling of power it gave me.
