    Just on an aside: Does Husband and Wife count as "same family" in this(e.g. if i had a threesome with a married couple)?

    I mean, legally they are, but i wonder if you meant blood relation.
    And also if you meant "separately"(that is, one now, the other sometime later) or if, say, a threesome with 2 brothers would still count.

      I mean a blood relative, and yes, it certainly counts if you do them both at once!!

        well, unexpectedly, one of the above scenarios WAS hypothetical. To an extent.
        They were cousins, not brothers. OP's choice if that is "same family" to a sufficient degree.
        I guess not, since cousins are "legal" in regard to most incest laws.

        Didn't actually think a threesome would count and just wanted to ask the more shocking variant :D
