I use thc delta 8. Somehow that thc is legal vs the normal thc. Anyway it's like a more mild high vs weed. So you dont get munchies, you still get relaxed and get to enjoy a mild high. It's great, helps my sleeping habits and its somehow less expensive than meletonin.
