Have you ever got charged with a dwi/dui?

I have driven drunk before but never got caught. Bad idea to begin with. That was a looong time ago. Birdy no drinky :)

I'm not going to lie, I've definitely been in some situations where I was driving and shouldn't have been. But luckily I got home safe and sound. Those days are behind me now though. I don't really drink to get drunk anymore, and even when I do as a last resort I'd just sleep in my car.

I don't always drive drunk, but when I do, I blame it on the Dos Equis.

No, but the only time I drove drunk I was blacked out (also only time I blacked out) and don't know how they convinced me, considering there were more sober people there and I had handed my keys over swearing up and down that I refused to drive that night.

Needless to say I don't hang out with those people anymore. I wish I knew what happened and I'm so glad no one got hurt, but dayumn.

Moral of the story: To any people out there who are relatively new at drinking, do not overestimate your limits. Just because my friends were consuming so much more I didn't think I was really having that much. (aside from the 2 people drinking pucker all night who SHOULD have driven)

Yes I went to court and pleaded guilty but they let me off.

Yup,back in 1985 I was charged with DWI first offense I was fined $600 and lost my license for 7 months
