Yes. My father in law gave us this crazy old stereo system that was too much for our space. And it drained so much electricity it wasn't worth it. So off to the pawn shop we went.
Also, my engagement ring came from a pawn shop. It might sound weird but I love the fact that it wasn't new.

Me too. I don't know the real story. It isn't a traditional diamond so it likely isn't the result of a bad break-up. I should make up a fun story.
