That sounds like a terrible trip. Repressed memories found on acid are FAKE- TRUST ME, it happened to me and it almost ruined my life. You probably shouldn't take it anymore. Seriously. You don't have the objectivity or responsibility for it- almost no one does. Not that you'll listen, but at least I did my part by saying it.
Hey, thanks for the concern - and sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I think it's different for everyone, and I also think it could quite easily change your perception of events - both past and present. But I don't think anything new is created during an acid trip - hallucinations and memories included - things are just warped and radically distorted, so a cliffside becomes a mountain of skulls, or an innocent memory becomes.. something else.
I did point out that although I had a bad trip, I managed to enjoy it (once it finally ended!) as if I'd just seen a scary film. And the next time, over a year later, I had a regular dose and a wonderful, inspiring, beautiful trip with no bad parts, just exciting ones.
So yes, I'll certainly try it again next chance I get. My advice to others is to treat it with the respect it deserves, and accept that there's a tiny chance you'll go INSANE! But probably won't.
Exactly like Halkarin said, RESPECT IT. With a good mindset and proper setting you're almost guaranteed to have a positively life-changing experience, but if you're in a bad location with negative people and/or are not mentally prepared then you can be in for one hell of a journey.
My advice to everyone; one word - MUSIC! Stuff from the 60s/70s is particularly 'special' ;)
have you ever experimented with LSD ?

The best kind of insane thought!
