I'm a guy and I have never had that dream or at least if I have then I don't remember it.
It's really annoying that I cant get laid in the real world but when I can't even get laid within my own mind then something is messed up.
I have had dreams where me and my girlfriend (fictional person that probably doesn't exist in the real world) are about to have sex. I would go find the condoms but before anything could happen the dream changes and we never get to do it.
I have had dreams similar to this may times. My subconscious must hate me.
