Never been involved in fist fightings. Never could see the sense of them. To me they never solve anything, except hurt feelings and the fact that the person does not trust you.
My opinion, the way to work differences out is to sit down and talk about what the matter is.

I've learned, especially if beer is involved, the more you "talk to work things out", the more reasons you find to kick that person's ass.
