Hey, Rusty!!! Yeah, they aren't typically known for biting humans.... unless you're a jackass like myself. I caught one on a fishing pole in the Florida keys. An octopus out of water resembles an amorphous blob with tentacles. I thought it would be funny to throw it over my shoulder/back and run into the hotel room screaming as if I was being attacked by some unknown creature. What I didn't know at the time,12 yrs old, was that they have a sharp beak, kind of like a parrots, for eating hard shelled prey like crabs and scallops. It bit the living fuck out of me on my right shoulder. I actually have a tattoo of one where I was bitten.
I'm glad to see you're still here. You're one of the few people I used to talk to that has acknowledged me since I've started coming around again.... Not that I've made any real effort myself. Anyway, thanks.
Thanks man! I'm really glad to see you still here too (at least every now and then). I've never really felt like leaving this place, but I did have a bit of a fallout a while back right after the moderation process changed and I was thinking about leaving for good. I took a break for a solid month and then came back. I think I'm okay for now. There seems to be lots of positive users at the moment and that is what I love about this place that will keep me coming here.
^Holy freaking crap man! I bet that hurt like a motherfucker! Pretty cool that you actually got a tattoo where it bit you though. I bet instead of fake screaming, you ended up screaming for real. Haha!
Have you ever been attacked by an animal?
