Have rectal burning aching pain after inserting a finger for constipation

I've been told that when I have constipation that it is okay to take her clean well lubed digit as in finger to help stimulate a bowel movement!
I now have severe rectal pain from doing this several times is this normal?

    Who the hell is "her"?
    Did she know you were going to stick her finger up your ass or did you just grab her hand and surprise her?
    Maybe you need to trim her nails or just use a laxative.

      Witch hazel.
      If you’ve ever seen a bottle of that in someone’s bathroom now you know what it’s for.
      Keep fingers out of your ass when your constipated, use a laxative.

        What do you use witch hazel for? I use it after shaving so the cologne won't burn so much. Witch hazel is an astringent so it closes pores. I have never heard it used for a burning asshole.
