cont'd ... NOT TRUE there's nothing wrong with anti-depressants! They have serious negative effects on many if not most people: lack of affect; libido disfunction; weight gain; lethargy; deepening of depression to the point of suicide.
Counselling yes, preferably not with a psychiatrist, bc they're more inclined to prescribe useless/dangerous drugs. Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a psychologist works for many people
