Hating someone and being friendly to his family at the same time?

I have a friend who's annoying as hell. He is about my age, short haired, and Singaporean/ Chinese. When I'm talking with my friend, he interrupts immediately and takes my friend's attention. He also likes to make fun of me, and HE'S RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WHEN HE DOES THAT. It makes me want to punch the s*** out of his face. Of course, I can't do that because I'll get detention for it. No one will help me, even the closest friends. When he laughs, he shows his face to everyone. When I see him doing that, I just want to shout about how ugly is his face. I need to tell him to STFU, but how?

Is It Normal?

    I know exactly how you feel i had a friend just like that. She was a bitch, who would not get the hint. i recently just got rid of her this summer. But the thing is i dont know how to tell how to make her STFU because she left becuz another friend of mine was someone she despised so naturally we grew appart. But you can maybe write a letter or email say he better stop being a penis face and start respecting you, or he can kiss your ass goodbye. But in a nice way. and if he doesnt listen try harder to get your friends behind you on it that way, he should smarten up. sorry if im no help lol

    WOW.... he sounds soo RUDE! Well when he is doing all this rude stuff to you, he is making a TOTAL ass out of himself, and everyone els around you probably notices that he is making an ass out of himself also, but they just dont wanna say anything.Anyways just be forward with him, next time he does this just confront him... say somthing along the lines of... "why are you so rude to me? and why do u always inturupt people..is it cuz you want attention or somthing? You need to GROW UP." lol sorry but i hope this helped a lil bit =]
