I feel the same way , you live in america you need to know english and teach ur kid it, if not ur just messing up their futures already like take my aunt for example, shes from the dominican republic and she recently learned english to marry my uncle right? so they have a kid and as he grows up she spoke both spanish and english to him and now he cannot speak in full sentences and he is slow in school AND he still can't speak a word of spanish!! wtf? yeah so if I were to move to like germany for intance, I would learn German to be respectful. and lets keep in mind that in every other country english is taught at a young age in the school cirriculem which is fantastic. so alot of the places have people who speak english. lol sorry i got off topic..
