everyone is right you should really talk to someone that can help. i realy respect you for staying but, and please dnt take this the wrong way, but it was a really stupid move.
Its dangerous, you can never know when it might grow to something more violent. most people in this situation, dont get out in time and are either killed or harmed so badly that the pain they recived is taken out onto someone else.
When you are away, you might want to look for you real mother, or not. Your choice. Get into something creative, maybe sports or something like singing. Just find something you like, it becomes an escape into your own world that no-one can entrude.
