I'm a "both" guy; meaning I'm both attracted to women who dress like that, look at them desirously, comment, sometimes hit on them or approach them when they're alone, and also get turned when other men look at my girlfriend like that.
I probably wouldn't get the same reactions if I wore one though.

Depends. Sometimes flattered, other times creeped out. Really depends on a lot of other things around it
