Has my friend's sex orientation been shifted after mental treatment ?

I have a friend. He is straight. We know each other for about 10 years. When we were students, he had excessive addiction to sex. He always asked me to join him to the Asian barber shop (Girls will suck your dick there) or streetwalkers. But these days (around 2 years), after a long time of mental treatment ( He told me that he had psychological disorder, he has changed. He always makes gay behavior to me like touching my crotch or pushing his dick to my ass when I was laying on my chest for watching TV. He said it's joke. I said to him that I feel uncomfortable with jokes like that but he ignore and keep doing this the next time. And this time he had a crush with a lesbian. Note that he used to attract to lesbian many times ago even before he get mental treatment. My question is that whether his sex shift to Bi-sexual after mental treatment or not. Note that we live in Vietnam where gay behaviors like I mentioned above sometime considered as joke among teenagers

    It is a proven fact that trauma can change much about an individual including sexuality. Most people think of sexuality as binary, the truth is that it is a shifting spectrum with a few people falling on the extreme's (100% gay 100% straight). I myself fall at about a 6 (85% gay) but I can go as low as a 4 (50%) on occasion.
