Has it happen 2 any1

on July 1'2009 I had nasal surgery.which all went well thank God,but as days has pass i had sour pain in my cervix,and plus neck,and head ache.what does the nose has to do with my cervix.neck and head i could go by.but all my inside can it be the general anesthetic?has anyone gone through this after any surgery?

Is It Normal?

  • The pain in your neck and your headache could just be aftereffects of the surgical procedure, but if you're worried about it or have any signs of infection, then you should see your doctor about it.

    Are you sure it's your cervix that hurts? If it is, then it wouldn't be a result of catheterization. Urinary catheters are inserted into the bladder, not any other part of the anatomy.

  • While in surgery they stick a catheter into your private regions in case you urinate. You could be having pain in the cervix from that. As for the neck and head it's possible that the drugs used to knock you out had an adverse reaction. Plus I'm unsure what type of nasal surgery you had but if it required them to take chunks from your nose, they use a hammer and chissel to do so and neck pain may be from the force of that. I think you should consult your doctor for further advice. Good Luck!
