Has anyone ever had an experience like this?

The other day my friend asked me if I wanted to take an ecstasy and if I wanted to smoke (I don't smoke that often maybe like twice a month if that and this would be my first time trying ecstasy). I took the pill and then about 30 min later he rolled 2 blunts each had 1g. I took like 4 hits and I instantly felt high off my ass. About 20 min later my whole body went numb and I felt paralyzed. To move my toe or foot I had to really concentrate and tell myself that it's not real and I can do it. I got really bad anxiety. My whole body was twitching (like my body was literally jumping out of my seat and I couldn't stop it) and I felt tingly and it felt as if the car was tilting. I felt like I couldn't keep my head up like my neck was weak. My heart rate was racing and I felt I was having a heart attack (like I thought I could literally feel my heart coming out of my chest) I was so scared and it continued for another 3-4 hours. I have no idea if I even took regular weed or if it was laced. When I asked my friend he just continued to tell me that it was an ACTIVE strand (I have no idea what hat means because I don't smoke much). Then I started feeling sick and I was throwing up.. has anyone ever had an experience like this??
