Has anyone else had weird spam addressed to the account you use with iin?

Mine was from men saying they had seen my (non-existent) profile on hookup and dating sites. I don't use this email address to sign up to things very often and I wouldn't sign up to hookup sites - that's just not my kind of thing. I wouldn't use this address on dating sites because I don't use it for anything that identifies me in real life.

I've concluded that another website (or hacker) has probably sold my email address to 3rd parties. And they know that I am female, an adult and unhappily single. I want to know if any of you have received unusual unsolicited email lately, in order to rule out is it normal as the source of the leak.

    My main email is almost entirely spam-free, I did get several texts and calls saying hey we have money for you in effect and one call saying that if i didn’t get my social security card renewed I would be arrested, clearly a scam because the government sends you a letter.

    I get spam a lot but I use that address for a lot it’s kind of my junk mail one. No matter what I get spam. I even have a yahoo I started and never used for anything and when I go on it’s covered with random shit. I’ve even gotten dating stuff yet I’ve never been on any dating sites. It just shows up.

    My main email address gets a lot of spam. I also got a text claiming to be Wells Fargo that is obviously a scam despite the fact that I haven't had an account with that bank in years.
