Meh. The fact that he is trying to say he has a personality dissorder gives me the impression that he is attention seeking. He wants to be seen as different. And by you wanting to find out about him only gives him what he wants; attention.
Sounds more like they would have Histrionic personality dissorder, that is if he has any at all. That particular personality dissorder is pretty...Patheitic in my opinion. Constantly needing attention, no matter what type of attention, be it positive or negative.
My input on this is to ignore him, either that or you give him what he wants; attention.
