Hard to wake up on weekdays; easy on weekends

My body clock is all messed up I guess. Like most, I need to wake up very early on weekdays for work, but waking up is sooooo difficult on weekdays. while on weekends - days when waking up early isn't necessary - waking up so early doesn't even require too much effort. WTF???? What a douchey body clock.

Is It Normal?

  • maybe you're trying too hard to sleep on weeknights but on weekends you know you don't have to get up early in the morning so you're relaxed which helps you sleep better

  • Your brain is working against you. Weekdays: "I don't want to go to work... Maybe if I make the body feel really tired I can go back to sleep" weekends: "whooooo! Weekend! Let's get up and have FUN!".
