    Ooh...what brand? I was using a monkfruit sweetener a while ago and it was great, but I can't find it anywhere anymore :( I can buy xylitol at the bulk store, but I'm scared to use it in big quantities haha.

      Monk Fruit In The Raw. I get it from Stop and Shop. It's not completely pure monk fruit, but it beats the 30 dollar pure stuff I used to buy at Food Bazaar. I cant remember the name of that one. XD
