Some people are more afraid of loneliness than abuse. It's not easy to strike out on your own, but I'm a firm believer that it's completely worth it. When someone takes a leap of faith, and leaves an abuser that person get to walk away with more of their self esteem intact.
Solitude is wonderful, I need cuddles way to badly fof that. I'm glad I like dogs haha, I could probably write humans off entirely if I was able to have a animal companion
