Every day I see an unusual object like falling sequins and flashing stop-frame visions which become transparent and flash again in neon colours. I mostly see sequins and ghost-like figures, sometimes even people, normal people.
But most often, sequins and visions.
If you are trying to describe seeing flashes of light... that is VERY VERY serious. Like losing your vision serious. It means the retina is pulling away from your eye or something along the lines of that. Get it checked out immediately. As for seeing people... good luck with that. Professional help may be the answer once again.
I sometimes see white or black streaks going across th next room out of th corner of my eye! Once, I was looking out my back door and I saw something white steak across th yard but when I looked back nothing was there. My dog is white so I thot it was her but it wasn't because she was inside on th couch in th family room! It was wierdddd!!!!!!
