yah duh it is. It probably means somewhere along the line your dad must have acquired white genes. I'm of mixed race too. My mom is black but like her great great grandfather was scottich. And my dad is white. So, somehow I came out with tan skin, but a light tan. And all my other siblings are a much darker tan.
or maybe you are part albino idk. But like BlackRose said, skin color isn't what's most important in a person, it's the person in the skin.
