Hair twisting

I twist the ends of my hair to a point, and then I insert it into my ear canal as far as it will go, until its uncomfortable but its soothing.

Is It Normal?

    You're definitely not alone, I've recently seen blogs where people with this habit connect and share about it. I've done this for as long as I can remember and thought I was rhe only one, I had no idea why I do this and still don't.
