Hair issues. :[

Umm...well i'm a girl and my ethnicity is Iranian/Persian which is a big part of my situation. I seem to have a lot of hair all over my body. It's not super dark hair, but it's dark enough for people right next to you to notice. Umm well I have hair on my butt and around the inside of it too as disgusting as it is. Most of my friends are white so they have barely any hair on them, so it makes me even more self-conscious. I guess my questions are: Is it common for girls? Would a guy be alright with that? (relationship wise) and How would you fix a problem like that?

    Haha, I can tell you for a fact that not all white people are hairless in that regard. Truthfully, when a man falls in love with you, whatever imperfections you feel you have, he won't even see them - or if he does, they won't matter to him. Indeed, he will love every aspect of your body, because it is *your body*, and your body is part of who you are. I don't see how a man could love a woman and not love her body as it is.

    I might be a little weird myself, but I'd be OK with it. I think natural body hair on a woman is definitely sexy.
    It's pretty boring when women all want to look alike. Celebrate your uniqueness!

    i hav the same problem. i'm indian & a little tan & i hav black hair & it shows a lot. my back, my legs, my arms, my butt, & even my stomach. idk what 2 do abt it.

      i think its normal for us Indian girls! I bought an epilator, saves time and money, and lasts longer than shaving.

    same problem =( and idk about you but I have dark black hair and pale skin so it sucks even more. I think you'll be fine don't stress to much over it its just hair and you can always wax

    Trust me, sweetie you're not alone. Body hair is a problem for all women, some more, some less. I'm white but I have dark hair and I started shaving later than most girls my age. So when I was younger people made fun of my hairy legs a lot. If I had been blond it wouldn't have been nearly as noticeable.

    As far as fixes? Shaving, nair, waxing and electrolysis are really the only options I'm aware of, other than getting comfortable with the hair.

    Electrolysis is expensive and can be painful but it's supposed to kill hair follicles to stop hair from regrowing. My husband has always joked about getting this done. If I could afford it there are some places I would get done.
