I consider attractiveness a concrete and specific metric by which we measure ability to attract mates and have offspring, a DNA quality gauge. If the question had been about kindness, good-heartedness, generosity etc it would ask for something different. All the guys who replied with intelligence or personality were just virtue signalling to not appear shallow, but were besides the point.
