  • i find it interesting how many guys pick long hair.
and i wonder how many of them have ever had to maintain a long mane and fully understand how much work it can be.

          • lol you know what i mean then. and omg with THAT much hair... that's a lot of commitment. not to mention headaches from the mass of it.

        • Lol, well I am a patient guy and can understand that a girl needs her preparation time, but if you say that you are almost ready and then 3 hours later you finally leave then that is ridiculous :)

          • That's not all females.

And if you're seriously waiting 3 hours after someone says "almost ready"... you either have a lot of patience or you haven't considered starting the car and saying, "I'm heading out in 5 minutes with or without you."

then again I rarely need 3 hours to get ready... and if I do, i would start earlier

            • Yeah, I realize that not all females are like that. I just remember that my mom used to do this sometimes. Lol.

    • I really don't know what you're talking about. Long hair is no work at all. You put some product in it and dry it. Unless you're absolutely obsessed with making your hair look a certain way, it takes no time at all.

maybe i think this because i've always had long hair...

      • It is if your hair is curly, or you want to avoid split ends. If you have long hair and all you do is wash and comb it, then chances are your hair is filled with split ends, especially if you heat style.

        • No. It may seem a lot of work to somebody who is used to doing nothing to it.

          • I have long hair too, and it is a pain to cut off splits but I do it all the time, and the splits never seem to disappear. Maybe it's just because I've neglected it so much in the past.

    • I'm a male & my hair is currently just past my shoulders, as well as being very thick & quite curly...
It's a pain in the arse!
I think straight hair would be a lot easier but still...
I've never had long hair before, normally military style, number 1/2 all over but grew it for a couple of years now for something different & yeah, it ain't all easy.
Takes half hour yo wash & dry! Used to take 2 mins
