I have a good friend who does some of those things. I didn't even know fake nails existed before I met her. I find that the effect those changes create is attractive, but knowing all the fakeness is very unattractive to me, especially as the girls that do those things are often very good-looking anyway. Even though she is very good-looking and has a nice personality, I'm not really attracted to her, partly because of the fakeness.
