    Great in 1920 or possibly 19th century.
    Now it looks a bit retarded.
    If I saw a girl dressed up like this I'd hope she was going to a play or something, because walking around the streets like that would be laughable.

      Haha, thank you X) Yes, this is what I thought. Unfortunately I really enjoy the style, so although people hate it, I wear it anyways. I was just curious. Thank you for the honest answer, and I can totally understand where you're coming from. XD
