Did anyone else notice this? Most of the time these guys are desperate for a woman then when no one listens they start misbehaving because that's the only way they can get attention. Even if it's negative, it's better than nothing to them.
is it normal that online "misogynists" are actually closet pussy-worshippers having an extremely dry spell?

My rule is that if someone acts like a dick and talks like a dick when he's angry or frustrated, he is fundamentally a dick. They may put on a front of being a decent person when they think this improves the chances of them getting what they want, but they're always a dick at heart, and their dickishness will surface again sooner or later.

Also I did not mean all guys do this, I meant all guys who act misogynistic online seem to do it to get women to talk to them.
Example, on forums or chats. You well see a guy saying how much he enjoys being with women, but after awhile of getting no attention the same guy will start posting obvious bait like "all women [something negative]". If you tell them no one cares they usually calm down again.

I can't tell if you're talking about men with the 'Nice Guy Syndrome' or trolls who bait people, or the combination of the two.
Either way, an asshole is an asshole, no pretending about it. It worries me you think they are misbehaving for attention, because men like this shouldn't be looked at as misunderstood adults who need to learn better, but as violent men who should be avoided.
