If you want my mind, ask her what she'd like from you - what's enjoyable sex for her. There probably are reasons she didn't want to have sex with you or stuff. You should talk with her about it.
I wouldn't be upset, rather after myself than my girlfriend in any case. Plus, even in a "normal" couple, I find it normal to watch porn and / or masturbate even if you have a partner. I don't say I'd be pleased with it - but people do what they want with themselves. If she prefers masturbating, then she does ! You can still, though, ask why... and then maybe it can change. :)
