I've had a similar problem too a few months back with my boyfriend. It wasn't just that he wanted to wank every so often, it's that he completely lost interest in me. Maybe it is something you can fix, so I suggest telling her your worries to make sure there isn't a problem. I wouldn't worry unless this happens over and over though.
