I'm a guy and I also certify the sentiment. I understand that some people have their pet peeves, but to dump an intelligent, fun, and beautiful girl that you're very compatible with over a treasure trail seems dumb to me. Especially since it's a problem that could be fixed if you just talked to her about it (and I don't see why lotion and regular shaving wouldn't help).
But whether or not she can be fixed is not the issue. It's whether you can be fixed. To consider dumping a wonderful girl you clearly like a lot based on a trivial preoccupation implies more of an issue with you than with her pubic hair. No offense, I'm just saying that being so pedantic and picky can be damaging to your relationships.
Guys - how much would this put you off.
