You checking up on him is more than a little creepy, but yeah - he told you he was going to sleep, then he didn't, and so he clearly lied to you.

It's not a enormous lie, and we all know how 'just one more thing...' on social media can keep us down that rabbit hole for a lot longer than we intended. Still, I think you can safely assume that you are far from being the most important person he knows.

I do this sometimes but I can see where you're coming from bc I feel that way when the guy I like does it to me. Don't worry about it too much some people just get all their texting out of the way then scroll through fb/insta to help them fall asleep.

"Falling asleep" doesn't necessarily mean falling asleep. He could just mean he was going to bed. Anyway, I am currently in the process of falling asleep right now. When I go to bed I check Is It Normal and then watch Youtube Videos until I fall asleep.

Don't put all your eggs in this basket. He might be a playa playa, but then again he might have just fell down another one of the many rabbit holes on the internet. I wouldn't let it upset me too much if I were you. Just be chill, don't go out of your way to monitor this guy, or turn down any other opportunities that might arise either. Just be chill, and take things slowly. Don't be in a rush to give your heart away.

I have a friend who is kind of similar. He will make the rounds of saying goodnight to several people before actually going to bed. He has to do the rounds but I also know that he is talking to other people so it doesnt bother me.

Are you mad he lied or that he talked to another girl. Because you guys aren't vested enough in eachother that you should be upset at him for flirting with other women. Either that or his girl decided she wanted another orgasm after he texted you.
