    Maybe he has some mental issues, and the cashier needs to be a little more understanding.

      She wasn't understanding. I can see why she should be understanding if he's crying about something else going on, but crying because she wasn't being nice to him? That's weird.

        Sounds like she has some poor customer service skills. I'm sure he had plenty of other issues, but still it wouldn't kill her to be nice.

        So if he was behaving weirdly he obviously has mental health issues, so why not try & be understanding?

          I agree. Why was this cashier continuing to be so hateful? That's what I've been wondering?
