Greatest relaxation ever

hi guys,
After months of googling here i am,..found it alas.
I cant express how happy i am to find so many people with similar sensitivity.i always thought i'm the only lucky one who had this boon. Its more at the back of ur head, slowly spreading all over ur head.its actually like a sweet current flowing in ur brain.I had this feeling eversince i was a child. Its a feeling with immense relaxation, an automatic brain massage triggerd by external sources of sound, vision and movement activities. As you said it happens during a haircut, a 3rd party demonstrating something practical, etc. For eg.if u r watching smeone doing a craft work with paper...that crispy sound of the paper triggers this feeling.guys over the years i've gained expertise in triggering this feeling. Theres one more way by which u can enjoy this feeling.if there is a construction work going on near to ur house or on the roof of ur house,..those contineous hammering sounds...will take u to great hights in this feeling.it sounds weird, trust me,. U get immense feeling in it.try it once. After a long research on this, i came to a conclusion that its that high level of conciousness and awareness that we all posess.we have the will to stick to our basic instincts which god have given us all, where others have become insensitive to all these.
Hari Om.
God bless u all.

What is this 'long research' you did to come to that conclusion? I am curious because its not the first time I've heard that.
Also, do I already know you through the ASMR facebook group?
If I do, then ignore the advertising I'm about to do...right now.
There is a facebook group forming (and very soon a website as well) called Automomous Sensory Meridian Response for people that share this tingly experience--or those that are just curious and want to know what we're on about. A team has been built in this group to keep things moving and we're hoping to gain some scientific interest--get this sensation studied and quantified. There are a lot of theories being shared in this group about what this could actually be and anyone is welcome to come check it out for themself.

Yeah, I saw that old post too.
I think everyone gets that feeling from one thing or another, but only some people actually take note of it as an unusual pleasant feeling.
