On one hand you have a great relationship which is not an easy thing to find...but if you don't get your sexual urges taken care of you will despise him later in life and have a higher chance of being unfaithful...being so young I personally would suggest moving on and having better sex but you have the weigh the pros and cons for your own self...also if he can't satisfy your needs in his prime years then maybe you two are not a match in terms of libido and that alone can lead to many issues
