  • Mug cakes usually calm me down. They're like a little single serve pick me up when life's worries creep up on me. There's also getting on a treadmill, setting it on a nice speed and just sweating the frustration away. I'm not sure if either will work for you, but they help me out.

        I've actually tried cake and running at the same time twice. Choked both times. It's best done one at a time.

        • Omg the image of you sprinting by, whilst holding a couple handfuls of cake & hacking up crumbs everywhere made me laugh way harder than it should have. Hahaha
