  • Because Europe has more strict privacy laws, you can't find out a lot about someone just from googling them. Unless they share information willingly...

I can find my facebook account by googling myself and my gardening/ cleaning company, but that's about it. No info about how much I make, what I have, etc.

But even so, I don't believe there is any privacy nowadays. Everything you do on the internet is logged somewhere. Phones log and share your location, your car does it, your smart fridge knows what you eat. Your smart door knows when you go out and come home. If you're small fry - you are safe, nobody cares about you.

If you're a big shot, that info can be used against you and become a huge problem.
