Public bathroom - depending on the country you're in, people can get pretty ticked off about this. Remember that children use public bathrooms too. You don't know if there's an officer using the bathroom either.
Beach/lake - forget it unless it's remote. You'll probably get reported to authorities.
Park - same as above. There's just too many people and it's too open a place.
Store - maybe if it's a really unpopular store with a clerk who's asleep at the counter. Remember that plenty of stores have CCTV cameras and you can get into trouble (especially if you break anything)
Another person's house - acceptable at a rowdy party otherwise do not attempt this.
If you must have public sex at least spend the time familiarising yourself with your country's legislation about the possible repercussions of doing so.
