Gonna give kids social anxiety

Everytime they say something she laughs and repeats it and says thats so cute. But I feel that that will make the kids feel they are not taken seriously and can lead to anxiety around others. I keep telling her to treat them like normal people and not baby them so much.

Kids are gonna blame theirs parents regardless. I don’t think “that’s so cute” will lead to anxiety. It’s better than telling them to do better with everything. 🤷🏾‍♀️

  • Are you kidding? That's how most parents talk about small kids. Stop making light of social anxiety that's not how any of it works.

    • Everything that happens to us as kids develope who we become later. If you constantly scold your children for every little thing they do it could develope into poor self esteem later. Or say you made excuses for everything they do it could develope into them being entitled. There is absolutely ways you could unintentionally develope social anxiety in your children. It does work like that.
