when i go for a number 2, sometimes i can sit in ther for up to half an hour and not realise how long iv been till i get out. most of the time iv finished.....going after about 2 minuites

    I've been known to have marathon sessions on the can. But I'm also known to be very flatulent and gassy to the point I can't keep friends very long. They say they can't deal with it always smelling like sick farts around me.

    Lemme guess - 2 minutes taking a shit and another hour on IIN till you realise youve been there for 62 min. Doing nothing :)

    I hate shower thinking!! I Do alot of self loathing in there. Toilet thinking , that's where the epiphanies happen.

    LOL i do that sometimes. Did it a lot in my adolescence. Just spaced out. Done some of my greatest thinking on the toilet, and in the shower.

    If everything is working properly, it should be a relatively quick process. If you're not feeling obvious relief, perhaps you need to improve your diet: more fruits, vegetables and fluids; less meat and dairy.
