You should try using Duo-Balls. They are absolutely delightful.
Similar size to your glass ones but plastic and two of them joined together with a string and then a longer string, just like the string of a tampon so you can pull them out with ease. Inside the hollow balls is another solid ball that rattles around and you can feel the vibrations. I often wear them for hours but only after I have administered an enema to myself and know I am perfectly clean and empty.
